Hi, how do I deep clean my oomph? I’ve lost my instructions (as well as my free coffee offer….. When I write my positive review may I still claim it please ??)
Hi Helen, thanks for getting in touch. The best way to deep clean your Oomph is to pop it all in the dishwasher as it’s completely dishwasher safe (be careful to not place the outer casing near cutlery or anything that could scratch the ‘Oomph lettering off as this can happen) In regards to the review, you certainly can – thank you! Let me when you have left this and I will get some coffee in the post for you ASAP. Kind regards, Andy
Hi, during a dishwasher run the rubber gaskets were removed. I am now having a lot of difficulty figuring out how to place them back without the device leaking. Some direction regarding those two pieces would be helpful

Hello
My filter got quite blocked, and I regularly followed the instructions. I tried putting it in the dishwasher and that helped, but I wonder if there is a deeper way to clean the mesh – some chemical, pressure washer or ultrasonic system whatever? I have a replacement filter that has reminded me how well and easy a clean filter operates. I don’t want to order a replacement every 8 months. Any advice gratefully received.
Hi Craig. Sure thing. We have found that by soaking your filter in a weak acidic solution (lemon juice or evan cola) overnight this brings it up good as new. I hope this helps and feel free to fire over any other questions you have. Andy
It works quite well for me
