Delivery & Returns:
STATUS: KickStarter, Indiegogo & Website Pre-Sale Orders.
All pledges and orders placed during our crowdfunding period and subsequently via Indiegogo InDemand and here no the-oomph.com during our pre-sales will be despatched at the earliest opportunity available. This is currently scheduled to be at the end of September – we would urge all those with an order or pledge to follow our updates via the Blog for updates on this schedule.
UK: Royal Mail
We offer a flat rate shipping price to mainland UK of £6.50 via the Royal Mail.
We anticipate despatch within 3 working days of the product being available, and the item being with you within 3 to 5 working days following this.
Using our trusted couriers DHL, we offer a two tier shipping service of £9 for the first Oomph device ordered and £6.50 per device thereafter.
We anticipate despatch within 3 working days of the product being available, and the item being with you within 7 days following this.
Rest of World: DHL
Using our trusted couriers DHL, we offer a two tier shipping service of £12 for the first Oomph device ordered and £9 per device thereafter.
We anticipate despatch within 3 working days of the product being available, and the item being with you within 7 to 14 days following this.
EU & UK VAT:
Sales Tax (VAT) is payable by all customers within the European Union. The current VAT rate is 20%.
The VAT rate for customers outside the European Union is zero, but you may be required to pay local taxes and/or duties in your own country. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of goods due to customs procedures. Please also see section below about surcharges
Rest of World Taxes:
The Sales Tax (VAT) rate for customers in the rest of the World is zero. Please note deliveries outside of the European Union maybe subject to additional local taxes and/or duties of your own country. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of goods due to customs procedures.
In the rare event of goods being faulty, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange (your choice), as soon as we receive them back from you. You should return the faulty item to us by the cheapest delivery service. We will refund the cost of this to you.
UK CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATIONS
– additional contract terms for UK Customers only.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time. You must do so in writing by e-mail or fax.
If your order has already been despatched to you, you may reject the goods even if they are not faulty, by sending us notification by e-mail or fax within 15 working days of receiving the goods.
If you do this, you will then have two options: – either, return the goods to us immediately; or make them available for us to collect DURING WORKING HOURS. You must tell us, in writing, which of these two options you wish to choose. If you want us to collect, then please also telephone to make mutually convenient arrangements.
In the meantime you must look after the goods and keep them safe, including the original packing in which they should be returned, UNUSED.
If goods which are rejected are not faulty, the cost of returning them to us is borne by the customer. This also applies if we have to collect them, in which case we will deduct our costs from your refund.
If you decide to arrange the return then please send us your proof of postage by letter, together with your original order acknowledgement. This will enable us to trace them if they are delayed or lost in transit. Please keep a copy of these documents.
We will re-credit your payment card as soon as the goods are received back by us.
The above regulations apply to genuine purchasers/orders only. They are intended to give customers the chance to change their minds about purchasing and using goods which they have not seen before ordering. It is not intended to give customers the opportunity to try out goods.
Once an item is used it cannot be rejected, unless it is faulty.
